Game wont launch

I ran a database rebuild on my ps4 so it would speed up- when it started back up I went to launch FFXIV, but it became trapped in a loop of launching and closing. A download came up- which I assumed was necessary-so I did it but it wouldn't install until september 4th. At this point it still won't start which is annoying since I just updated my sub today.

Any help would be appreciated

Not sure how to close the thread but I fixed the issue. I had to reinstall the game and all patches.
