MCH gear question

Hi,

I'm currently farming to help some friend clear godka as a MCH

I do not have enough tomestone to buy any piece and upgrade them to 370 beside an accessorie (already have the ring)

However I have all 360 crafted pieces.

After looking at the 370 diamond gear, I came to notice that there is a LOT of skill speed.
Which brings me here

Is the increase of dexterity worth it or should I stick to 360 pieces with better substats

Expecially the head (crit dh for crafted vs crit ss for diamond)

If it matters, I'd like to point that the group doesn't have a DRG nor a NIN.
The absence of NIN means I can't sync my WF for extra <3.

Was in a similar situation a few months back. In fact I think i'm still in my MCH gear on lodestone if you want to look what I settled with. The one time I saw the 8s chest drop I wasn't on MCH ; ;

For the most part I rocked the highest ilvl crit/dh/det accessories and gear I could acquire along the way. There were a few skill speed pieces I had to manage but in general you want to avoid them unless it's like 30 ilvls higher. It took about 3 weeks to get from 340ish average when I started til geared, I did have some leftover pages but hardly any tomes because I wasn't playing much before joining that 2nd group.

Actually that all seems irrelevant since you're wearing crafted (& upgraded to 360?)

The MCH BiS is mostly tome gear with a few raid pieces sprinkled in. I haven't looked at all the 360 gear stats but unless you have a crapload of skill speed it should be fine with diamond weapon.
