FFlog question
Hi,
I'm trying to improve myself as a Dragoon for fun, having some pretty decent gear atm
My dps isn't still quite there but I'm working on the obvious mistake (miss management of cd, lost gcd etc)
What I'm having trouble to find out is wether or not I do my positional properly.
Is there a way on FFlog to know how many position were done accuratly or not?

No, there is not a feature to view whether you hit a positional or if you missed it.

You'd have to be incredibly familiar with how much damage you deal with and without positional. While there is no direct way to see if you hit a positional, you can review the event log and see if there are abnormal damage numbers. (damage done > events > friendly > action in question). When I mained DRG back in HW, I tried to keep an eye on how much damage the positional attacks did so I would know right away if I missed it or not. Can't catch it every time but if you can get in the habit of glancing at the damage for those attacks it'll help.

Alright ty for the answer ^^

This might not be exactly what you're looking for with fflogs but if you're on pc there are triggers you can use that will tell you in real-time if you hit your positional or not, if you're on console you're probably out of luck. Not sure if linking to them is allowed on the official forum so I'll refrain from doing so directly but you should be able to find it through google with "drg positional trigger" as the search terms.
