Pagos is..how we say not fun at all. you've read the forums you heard all the complaints and finger pointing and "susgestions" that only favor a certain player base. My first week or so inside I've noticed alot of toxic pretty much from everyone. its a complete 180 from my experince with anemos. There does seem to be a huge rift between players at differnt lvls. The higher levels players pretty much run the place and the lower level players only get to pick off scraps if they can make it to NM. and the ones the lower levels can make it to are killed before they can teleport. What I propose is a phasing type system for Pagos. how this will work is each "server/phase" will only allow a certain level range in broken up in 3. 17-24, 25-30, 31-35+. this will make it easier for people to find groups within there level range for NM,Chains, or challenge logs. Sure the lower level bracket won't be able to spawn the higher level nm but they no longer have to worry bout the higher levels train killing off thier NM before they can blink. the 25-30 bracket you just got your kettle so its easier to find people to chain with plus you have more access to higher nm. 31-max you have free roam over everything the area is yours and theres no worry for anyone stepping on anyones toes. on top of this it should be easier to determin an afker from a lower level who just can't keep up with the fast death.

All they have to do is set a 2 minute timer and area wide announcement before ANY fate boss is targetable to kill. That should give the lower levels without portals time to get anywhere in the lower region and allow the highers to port and arrive in time also. But then, that is thinking out of the box...

Not sure what the problem is, it is not likely people is getting to luohi or as a lvl 21.. also pagos is not Anemos in same way, though there is some similar traits as it is, think it is made more like actually have to grind as you run into the obstacle anyway with light if you don't do so.
