First person camera moves character only while using game controller

First person camera moves character while the character is sitting. This only occurs when a game controller is used such as the Xbox 360 Wireless Controller. The mouse and keyboard setup does not move the character but looks around while remain sitting as expected.

Steps:
1. Enable the use of game controller ie: Xbox 360
2. Enter first person mode before or after sitting
3. Look around, character will move on their own

Why was this moved to technical support? This is a replicable bug :/

The player shouldn't move from sitting position to standing just from looking around in first person mode while using a game controller. This does not happen with a mouse and keyboard.
