Dead FC with big fancy house seeking FC to take over
My current FC is dead, has been for a while. There's a few people who still log in, but none of our members are terribly active, and most of us agree that there's nothing but a handful of friends who predate the FC.
But...We've got a sweet mansion in the Mists! Right on the beach, plot 5, ward 11. We love the house, and it would be a hell of a shame to disband the FC and lose that sweet, sweet house. There's also apparently a bunch of " max level i think" airships. I have no idea what those crafters are up to.
As such, we're looking for an FC that has members who are active and friendly and chill and want a house. You'll get a big house that's nicely furnished, fully ranked FC and a handful of orphans who'd like some new friends to play with. We don't want to be Officers, or have any control over the FC beyond what a normal member would. We will give over total control and I've cleared this with all the other leaders in advance.
