Companion App Google Play Reviews

I'm unsure if this is being monitored by the FFXIV team, but the app reviews on the Google Play Store warrant a review.

Your app is currently at 2 stars out of 5, which is on-par with many apps that won't launch or otherwise have broken functionality.

However, your app does function, so why is that?

If you look at the last 50 reviews, only 7 of them don't mention a dissatisfaction with the "paywall" or subscription-based features. Even reviews that are rating you 3, 4, and 5 stars--above the average--are citing that they detest the subscription. https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...llReviews=true
