Pagos light question

I have been doing some looking around because the frosted crystal light is rediculous. I am almost done my relic. But if I want to do another, that's basically like levelling from 25 to 35 again.

I read around that some monsters have given "new born star" and "stable" light which had given a lot of crystals. But I have only seen feeble. From what I read it was ashkin and maybe monsters that don't mutate. Is that true?

So is it better to farm those instead of the mutating one? Just need 2 more, and don't want to do another 5 hour farm to get 2 crytals thanks to RNG and mob chains.

The latest and greatest thing I've seen people doing is farming the sleeping dragons that gate certain sections. They will do adaptation and get ginormous, but with a couple groups they should go down pretty fast. I hear they give quite a lot of light.

The sleeping dragon give light but not that much and no need to be 2 groups to down them a full 35 group is enough

Think got more light from corpse for spawning Louhi than from sleeping dragons.
