I'm having trouble with my sound in game. It used to be normal until today. I checked the audio settings in the configuration tab and nothing seems to have changed - I then tried logging out, unfortunately the sound is still low. The regular level of the sound plays during the SQUARE ENIX logo and the title screen, however whenever I go to the character select screen the sound diminishes. Any ideas on what's causing this? Thanks!
Checked the application settings in the volume mixer in your taskbar while the game is running? Multimedia keys for volume sometimes change that value instead of the master volume.
I just checked and nothing seems to have changed - also at the title screen the sound level seems normal, however whenever I start the game the sound gets considerably lower -- this change happens whenever I'm in the character select screen. I'm just running Steam in the background si I don't think it should be an issue. Thanks for the reply though.
