Failure of purchase

Last week..i’d already purchased two of tale of adventures and then i only received 1 tale..the rest one i didnt receive and waited for couple of hours..i sent 3 emais to the support center but they didnt reply for me..plz solve it..the tale of adventure - astrologian i mean i didnt receive..tks !

If you have not received an item you have purchased, please contact a GM in-game. To contact a Game Master simply type “/supportdesk” in-game to bring up the support menu.

This thread will be moved to the 'Separate Support Required’ subforum as contact with the Game Masters is necessary to resolve the issue.
