Companion app compatibility

I have tried 4 times to download the app on my LG phone but keeps telling me it's not compatible with my phone. Is there a way around this?

If the app states that your device is not compatible, there may not be a way around it. I'd like to get some more information on your device however.

Please provide:
-Device name
-OS version
-Is the device jailbroken or rooted?

Same problem. Won't let me download on my play store.

OS: Android 7.0
Not jailbroken, or illegitimate in any way.

I have the same problem with mine.

Android 5.1.1
Not rooted in any way

The app page claims Android 5 should be supported but yet tells not compatible with my phone.

Same issue here. Can't download the app because it says it's not compatible with my device.

Please consider, allowing the Companion App apk to be downloaded from the Mog Station.

It's better than players having to rely on 3rd party websites to install the Companion App.
