Azys Lla, please help

I was doing msq The First Flight of the Excelsior and ended up forgetting to attune to the Aetherite before I left. Now I can’t get back and complete the msq. I’ve checked the airship ticketers, chocobo porter, and even tried to see if the map connects somewhere that way I can fly/walk there and nothing has worked. I tried to see if I could abandon and restart quest and that didn’t work. I tried contacting a GM in the game to see if I could get help that way and what appears to be the auto response sent me here. Please is anyone has any idea how to help I would appreciate it

check out this previous post. i am not at my game computer right now so i can't verify it. but the tldr is there is an NPC in the pillars that will take you there.
