Light Party Seasons

Since Season 3/4 we didn't have a light party (LP) season anymore. At the moment there is the qualifier for the FRC running but the activity is low, especially because some teams/players were not eligible and because there is no incentive to play for not-top10 teams.
Even for teams that qualify for FRC, there aren't good ways to test PvP adjustments with your team or to get used to playing LP again till February. Players prefer custom/fun games over a rated LP mode with no rewards attached to it, old maps are still playable in custom games which is nice.
Therefor

1. Reintroduce LP Seasons
2. Leaderboard should look like FRC Leaderboard -> Top 30 Teams (instead of Top 30 players in S3/4)
3. Rewards can be old titles (Of The First Pack, Of The Second Pack, Of The "Bronze" Pack and so on), a trophy for the top team "maybe" and some participation reward for top30 like wolf collars. ( I wouldn't care if s3/4 LP mounts would be purchasable with LP wolf collars as there were a few wintraders...)
   We just want to play ranked mode, we don't need the fanciest rewards for it.
   
4. Restrict Queue times. Let players only play LP between like 4p.m ST and 12p.m ST (or even less, Aion(an old MMO) only allowed to queue for 1hr for their PvPvE mode for example). Most of the time as a LP team atm, you will sit in the queue for hours, only to find out some guys played at 2-6am ST and boosted themselves into high points.
5. Outside of Championship Tournaments with "real" rewards and publicity on official channels, let us play on all 3 maps.
   For us players it doesn't matter if we don't see a chocobo or moogle on the side of the arena. For an audience who watches a pvp Final Fantasy stream the first time it can be nice to see those to identify the game, but for PvP players it is not necessary.
6. Use the LP match history to identify teams who play unfair.
7. Matchmaking Algorithms have to be adjusted for LP. A Platinum team shouldn't encounter an unranked team and potentially lose 50 or more points!? - while only gaining maximal 1 point from that game. Either they shouldnt encounter each other or the top ranking team has to be protected from heavy point loss, because some top pvp player decided to create a team of alts.

Issues/Ideas outside of LP that could be fixed.

• As long as medals are on the map, do not let the match end. Add a overtime system as long as somebody picks them up or they are retrieved by the killed person. (Serverticks prevent that player can pick up medals in the last 2-3s of a match)
• Add a possibility to draw a match when players have latency issues/disconnects or are obviously trolling matches. All online players -1 are required to reach a majority decision.
• Make Feast rewards account rewards and only show the top character of an account on the leaderboards(no alts). (titles are still personal for the specific character)
• Let us see in solo feast queue, which role is missing. Some of us can play multiple roles.
• Add the possibility to queue solo/LP matches as spectators in a spectator queue. This could be interesting for streamer. Currently it is only possible with custom games and annoying to set up.
• Give Feast more depth by introducing role(tank,healer,melee, range) specific additional skills, current additionals are the same for every class, a warrior that can run Muse (MP regeneration) and other jokes. Give us something like a bit more advanced PvP build, the current options have almost zero variability. Everybody basically uses the same 2-3 additional skills on their class.

Whatever, just LP shouldn't die until the next fanfest in 10 years.
