Character Transfer (Accounts)

Hey there, I have a suggestion that I know many other people would like added as a service for the game as well-- The ability to buy a character transfer to a different account.

I have a younger sister who has been giving the game a go on my account due to her originally not being able to afford her own. She loves the game and plans to purchase her own account very soon. However, she has this character on my account that she has grown attached to that she will not be able to play. In other words, she has to completely start over and all the time she put into her current character will go to waste. We would like to be able to play together at some point, or at least at the same time.

Please consider the option of adding a transfer service for characters between accounts and not just servers.
