Black Screen after logging in

There's no problem logging in and selecting character however once I entered the game, all I get is a black screen and 1 minute later I got disconnected

The error code is: (30002)1328790768,9091452,5

The connection was in green light, I checked my internet speed it's 31ms ping, download 7.46Mbps, upload 0.64Mbps. So I think there's no problem on the internet side.
