Post moogle, Stroking the haft

I completed dubious dancing, but the post moogle is not showing up for me to start stroking the haft.
any ideas?

I'll refrain myself from making a joke here and just ask if you have done Carline Memories and Dream On?
Two other Post Moogle quests.

Are you sure you haven't already started it? It unlocks at the exact same time as both Dubious Dancing and Spirits Most Foul.

Just want to admit to my own boneheadedness.

Just checked my quests and it is indeed sitting there laughing at me.
