BUT WHY DO YOU

1. punish death with exp loss?
2. punish player having different time to play that now can't play with friends?
3. punish player by making them doing the same thing over and over and over until they cry?
4. punsih player with a playstyle that even FFXI surpassed?

Uhm, if you could be a bit more specific? What exactly are you speaking about? Content or FATEs or something?

You do realize there is a grind in one way or another for most MMO -.-; Besides XP loss is a good thing makes people stop acting stupid and focus for once. Good old FFXI, still a good game. just harder than this game.

I agree with your grind comment as I've always thought that MMO was a synonym of the word grind.

I don't agree on the XP loss in Eureka. There are a number of areas where you cannot find a clear alley so you can't do something as simple as catch up to the party you just joined without being mobbed and killed. Since you frequently have to travel through unpopulated areas to find your group or the NM train if you are still trying to find a group, there is a good chance you won't get a raise. Even if you do manage a raise it can be a long time before someone arrives. Of course this assumes the person coming to raise you doesn't get killed on the way as well. The threat of taking XP away in these cases does nothing to make the game feel more dangerous. All it does it grief players and needlessly add unproductive grind. My guess is that is why the XP loss is really there. Not to force improvement on players but as an attempt to slow them down and not finish the content quickly.

You do realize most of these mobs have extremely low detection range right? Their usually conal/linear sight and unlike FFXI they are range limited. FFXI would hunt you down until you kill them, zone, or they kill you. Besides it's not that hard. -.- people are just not use to it. Well this type of content is not meant for everyone the way things are going will be nerfed soon and be ruined.

They can also join groups, FC parties, or pre made parties. IF people don't like it the can save us the time and just not play optional content. More space, less congestion for those who actually want to and understand simple things such as xp loss is common thing and nothing to really complain about -.-/

You could just not bother doing it like me. I've had enough of SE's shit additional content. I'll have that extra dungeon back please.

I'll wait a week or two and then get carried on the FATE train. I have no shame.

If you're here, playing MMORPG, that's because you like grinding, cuz everything that we have done was grind.

Don't like grind? Don't play MMORPG, simple.

It's the first day, and you don't even know deeply what are you talking about.

You don't need to be in the same party to play with your friend, you can help him outside, I've done that.

You don't lose XP when you are ressurrected by someone. I've never lost any XP, and I died a lot.
