Ilvl350 Accessories with 4 melds vs Ilvl360 Augmented Accessories for healers/dps

Are the ilvl 360 Accessories any better than a ilvl350 accessory with 1 VI meld + 3 V melds on it for healers/dps?

General answer: It probably doesnt make a huge difference.
The difference it could make, depends on the substats - are 36 points of that substat really worth 7 points of your mainstat? I'll take a bold leap here and say: in most cases probably not. (Also if you're overmelding already... go the whole way)

I can only think of one case where the 350 has an advantge and thats a bards barcelet stuffed with crit.
But for the most part it really wont make a noticeable difference. So if you dont wanna let go off your overmelded piece, keep it - specially at this part in the raidcycle, when we will get new crafted gear fairly "soon".

As a healer, crafted accessories are rarely that beneficial outside of early progression pushes on new savage tiers.

If you've got plenty of gil then it's a good way to immediately hit a solid iLvl baseline that'll cover you for most content. But if it was me, I'd just go for the 360 accessories or some other route unless I was particularly short of Tomes.

My guess would be 380 - seeing how the current crafted gear is 10 ilvls above Omega/Augmented Tomestone gear.

I have no idea who "Ashe" is, but unless you're a tank or a world-first-progression raider, hardcore-overmelding really isnt worth it for you. As DPS/healer you want to go for the max-ilvl (in this case: 370) stuff anyways. Or not, if you're not raiding anyways.

I personally consider that questionable advice... nothing wrong with stocking up on materia and depending on your job you might really want to stick one really sweet piece of overmelded crafted gear, because other options have gabbage substats (...looking at you, tomestone-bard-body...), but again thats only relevant when you care about raiding...

Not worth burning through possibly hundreds of materia for a minimal damage output gain (of any). Get ones with highest ilvl you can obtain and put a single grade 6 in them. Save grade 5s for overmelding the new accessories next patch.

If you already own the quad-melded crafted, keep those. The difference between 360 would be extremely miniscule and potentially a tiny downgrade.

If you don't own crafted, then just use 360.
