I think an interesting change to Astrologian could be to allow you put the card effects on other alliance members. For example if you are the only astro in your raid and the main tank is in another alliance I should be able to Bole on him, and for Aoe card effects have it only affect the target's party members.

Considering that alliance has two healers in it, a single card won’t make much difference. It’s more useful to buff your own party and not worry so much about another alliance.

Also have to consider that already we occasionally have ASTs/SCHs overwriting each others cards/shields, just think having multiple ASTs in 24 man content and that Bole card you planned for the MT gets overwritten by a Balance or Arrow. I mean the thought seems good but in reality someone else is bound to have the same idea leaving another with a wasted turn as a side effect

I also think trying to code the game, so we could suffer through the pain of you know constantly overwriting one another, would be problematic from the get go... and considering there is no "real benefit" to doing this it would just be wasted resources.
