can you report rmt bots that don't spam chat?

So I've been doing stuff in the early areas again and have seen a massive amount of obvious gil bots. with the wasdfsdf names and bot behavior. Can i use the Rmt report option to report these accounts? or do I need to go through a different route?

You can, but the correct way to report those is Support -> Report Cheating.

RMT advertisements are spam per se according to the FFXIV User Agreement.
