Sound cutting off randomly for a second

Frequency: about once or twice within 8 hours of gameplay including battle. if i don’t fight it doesn’t happen at all.

Party or solo: Party
In-game time: N/A
Area and coordinates: Any Instance with a Party
Housing: N/A
Steps:
1. do anything involving being in battle with a party. Heaven on High and Sigmascape are two places it’s happened.
2. all sound cuts off for a moment at any random time and will come back almost immediately.

this has only been happening ever since the most recent patch on ps4. has happened to more than one character of mine.
