Returning player looking for FC and/or LS

I am returning to FFXIV after maybe two years away. I am interested in finding a Free Company or a Link Shell which focuses on cooperating to run dungeons and trials, as I will be both leveling a new alt and hopefully restarting on my previous main (multiple L60 classes and jobs). I am mostly interested in casual oriented FCs, with an emphasis on no drama, as I will be dividing my time between FFXIV and another MMO in which I have guild obligations. If I can find a fit I like on Siren, I will be transfering my main from his present world.

Looking hopefully forward to some useful suggestions from the community.
