Much like the mentor network, why can't we have a hunting network that is server wide. This could be a big undertaking, I understand. But think of the resources that would be freed up by the players. No more having 4-8 hunting link shells all posting, and reposting, and reposting the same information all over again. Contained in one location, the hunting channel.
Thoughts?
Hunts are a first come, first served content, though. They're not meant for the entire server to gang up on at once. A big part of getting to a hunt on time is being active, participating in the search, and taking the initiative to organize your hunt group. While this suggestion would potentially make such organization "easier", it would not necessarily make the hunt experience any better, nor would it be worth the resources required to implement.
I wouldn't mind something like this but we have linkshells that can do this so I highly doubt it would even be a possibility.
