Pass the floor 100 boss, pass the floor 101 and die on floor 102 but did not get achievement.
Luckily I have another save file on floor 91 but I am afraid to do anything with it yet.

Have you played from floor 1?
If yes, then its a bug.
If no, then its intended.
You have to play from floor 1 - 10X without a single death.
