So far, turning 20/20 for a couple of grips and start the run at 79/79 seems safe, as it turns to be 99 when it is needed.
Didn't done much runs, 'tho, so dunno if going more aggressive with turn-ins and starting with 69/69 can still be safe or not.
In your experience, what can be the lowest level to start but still safe for when things become harder?
Well depends on silver chests.
I'd recommend to just take another 10 off, when you realize at floor 50 or 60 that you're already at 90/90 or close to 99/99 again.
Depends on the group. Some groups don't care about the score and just stock up a full set of poms/magicites on lower floors and start skipping things killing bare minimum to unlock key and floor up to save time with the additional perk of not hitting as many mimics. If they do that you might not get back to 99 if you drop it too much. 10-20 is probably safe though. I see groups looking for 80/80. The boss kills gives you a bunch, too.
It depends on your luck on chests as well. I've had runs full of aetherpool chests, and runs, where we rarely saw any. a safe bet is take it down to 79/79.
I guess will keep with 79/79 then, for safe run.
Using 69 feels gambling too much with the rng gods!
Just a little follow-up to say 79/79 is indeed the safe spot. Done a number of runs and Always reached 99/99 just right before it is needed.
