There are plenty of names which could be used but they are blocked by lvl 1 dudes with first gear since forever it would be nice if there would be possibility that such ''empty'' lvl 1 characters would be disabled (after certain amount of inactivity) and forced to change nick in case if they would log in eventually just like you are forced to change nick if you are server transfering and the character on your destined world has already your nick.
I have plenty of names I could use for RP purposes but obviously they are all taken by these level 1 not played characters and using multiple apostrophes is just silly.

WoW does this and it doesn't seem to have caused any issues. Granted it takes a really, really long time before the name is freed up, but if the character isn't played, eventually the name will be released and I think the character it was released from has a bunch of letters and numbers appended to the end of the name and is forced to change it should they try to log in on that character.
