Battle Timer Idea

I'm not sure if it's been suggested previously. In lieu of a personal/private parser for console and PC players, I think it would be a great addition to add a sort of personal battle timer ui option that you can resize and move around to keep track of the time when you start/end an encounter.

Something this simple would go a long way, especially for console players who have no other options than to play with a stop clock in one hand, to keep track of upcoming phase changes in fights like savage and ultimate content. There's so many timed phase changes being designed into fights now that it would help top drastically better prepare you're gcds ahead of time, or line up buffs as you go further into a fight.

I feel that all it would need to do is just be a clock that starts and stops at every another and I'd be thrilled. Phase changes, gcd rotation tuning, buff alignments. There's a ton of great things out would help us with in terms of keeping track.
