Upon reaching level 70 and using our lv70 base gear, my friend and I's character on lodestone will not update appearance data despite showing that we're wearing different gear. It has been about a week and usually the changes take maybe an hour or two at most. I think this is a bug?
There's no website feedback forum as far as I can tell so I apologize for posting this in technical support.
Additional information:
- Cache cleared, same result
- Other browsers tried, same result

Thank you! I also figured out the navigation on the forums so I feel stupid because there really was a website bug support with a few threads on this... Mods can lock/delete this thread.
