As nice as it might be, I doubt the squadron AI could handle it. They already can't do even the easiest normal dungeons correctly. I could see them constantly setting off traps from not following where you're going and end up causing plenty of wipes.

i like squadrons and like to do more with them
but god damn if copper hell mines (hard) wasn't literally HELL when i tried to do it with them.
not sure if they can handle higher floors (like 50+) Its a cool idea but the EXP gain might be less than what youd get just doing a dungeon with them that's your level ,next patch we will probably get the vault and a lvl 60 dungeon to go with them. -

Certainly will make it worthwhile to do deep dungeon solo without being rdm. Just need bit more control on the squads. Alphinaud solo quest tells me they are already working on this feature.
