hmmm are you using Cross Class actions? Sorry to burst your bubble for level 60 you would depend more on gear and some normal actions your using for HQ depending on difficulty you will need cross class skills. If I were you I'd start leveling others they go pretty fast if using beastman quest and leves.
Note; this is based on on your character current levels that I saw on loadstone. You should already have decent gear to level them unless you got rid of it.
