Macros randomly skipping command lines

In-Game Time: anytime
Steps:
1. create a macro with more than three lines and at least one command
2. execute said macro
3. lines will be randomly skipped

This has been happening ever since the removal of text input delay for non-chat input (=commands). It's especially annoying on macros like gear change where certain items are skipped or on macros with /wait commands.

For example a simple Ifrit Hellfire countdown macro:

/wait 7

is usually skipping the "/wait 30" or "/wait 7" command for me
