So I was playing XIV earlier and took a break. As of 7:10 PM EST I tried to log back in but the client is forcing a redownload of the entire game. This has never happened to me before.
Playing on a normal PlayStation 4.

Unfortunately, you will need to redownload the game in order to continue playing.
To prevent this in the future, make sure that you close down the game properly and do not leave the game launcher open while putting the system in rest mode.
