Light Party Leaderboards?

I haven't seen them or any mention to why they don't exist currently. Can we expect to see them throughout the season? Most of us are concerned that there are players currently abusing the system with wintrades, unfortunately none of us are able to see and we are left in the dark.

I was wondering about this myself. I thought I may have missed it somewhere but didn't find anything via google. Not sure where it can be found to be honest.
