/equip macros not working

I type /equip main "Brass Cudgel" in a macro or even just by itself and it does not equip my brass cudgel to my main slot, am I missing something?

It was changed to /equip mh "Brass Cdugel"

This has been true since 1.19.

Only mainhand and offhand changed, they are now mh and oh

Everything else remained the same, but you can find a list of macro commands here. While this is out-of-date for mainhand and offhand, the rest of the commands and gear slots are just as it says there.

You can find information in-game aswell. Just type /? "command" (i.e. /? /equip) for displaying an explanation of that command's function.
