Recovery from Elemental Data Center Party Finder Technical Difficulties (Jul. 4)

At the following time all Elemental data center Worlds experienced the following issue.

Currently the issue has been resolved and Party Finder can be used normally, however any Party Finder recruitment registered as the issue was occurring or any cross-world parties that were formed ceased recruiting or disbanded. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

*At the time the issue occurred, if players were entered into a duty while in a cross-world party the party would be disbanded upon returning from the duty.
