Unable to update patch files. [11006][30207][19900][5]

Greetings.
I get this error when I try to download the latest update. The download starts for like 5 seconds and I then get the error.
Any ideas?

I am having the same issue on PC through Steam. I purchased the game yesterday on PS4 and was able to install the game there without issue.

- Any error codes or messages you receive upon disconnect (if any)
- Type of connection (wired or wireless)
- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
- Frequency at which error occurs
- Everything you have tried to resolve the issue

- Google Chrome. If you mean any third party program related to FFXIV then none.
- Everytime I try to download the latest update
- I deleted files in My Games folder and then tried to redownload. I deleted ffxiv.exe, ffxiv_dx11.exe, fileinfo.fiin and redownloaded them. Unchecked Read only attribute and tried to redownload.

EDIT: Uninstalled and reinstalled. The error is no more.
