Did you try teleporting, that's technically why GMs don't come out as much for stuck issues because a tele might work. If that doesn't work, you should probably try posting your specs, the time, and the place in game it happened, you can probably find a thread where someone has posted their specs to the template SE mods like.

Here's a partial capture of me fretting about while stuck... unavailable to call a GM (and they wouldn't respond to a friend calling a GM for me).
I'd start a new thread but I haven't been able to duplicate it yet. Of course I'm not really tempted too since no GM would come to my aid previously.
This just looks like when you forget to press enter for the last time and it won't let you move cause you're locked on to the npc. This isn't a bug, in any way. It's either a) you didn't press enter last time or b) its just some lag not confirming your last enter.
What's your specs and internet speed? That would be a good way to determine if this was lag, since you're specs are the only way of letting computer people know why your "sh!% is f#&ked basically. This though does not look like SE problem, the more I look at it, it has to be fail of confirmation, but since its on the guildleve menu, it looks like an extreme lag that fails to send the final confirmation.
