Trying to get the Chocobo pet

Hello please if anyone know why I can't buy the flame choboco issuance let me know.
I finished the quest to join the company but it won't let me buy it. Any idea why?

I see the cause of your problem, you're trying to buy the Chocobo Issuance from the Hall of Flames (which is the HQ of the Immortal Flames) not Maelstrom Command (the HQ of the Maelstrom), you have to buy it specifically from the HQ of the Company you enlisted with (sadly you can't just get it from any GC HQ). So go back to Limsa Lominsa and try speaking to the quartermaster at the Maelstrom - you should be able to purchase it.

Also, you will need Grand Company seals to purchase it which is a form of currency you gain by various activities: the easiest way at your point in the game is simply go out and do a few FATEs and you should gain enough seals quickly to get the issuance. :)

The other way of getting seals quickly is, if you have crafting/gathering classes unlocked, check the daily "Supply and Provisioning" missions from the personnel officer. There'll be one item request for each class you've unlocked, but you don't need to craft them yourself - you can buy them, or get rid of old gear you've outleveled, if you're lucky enough that they ask for things you've already got.
