[Request] Make more EX Primal Items buyable with totems/tokens

Like the Fiend/Sephirot Sap for example. Even if it has to be like, 10-20 totems for each, at least let us get that for all the extra totems we're getting. I've had about 40 runs with no drop at times and all these extra totems sitting around feels like a waste. I think it's only right to be able to purchase them if you run the content so much!

This is a good idea. Maybe throw in some token-exclusive items, as well, like more housing items to match the crafted ones, or primal-themed armor or jewelry? Give people a reason to farm them even after getting their mount and weapon.
