In order to replace the server which handles the updating of character images on The Lodestone and FINAL FANTASY XIV forums, we will be performing maintenance at the time below.

During this time, character face and full-figure images on The Lodestone, and character face images on the FINAL FANTASY XIV forums will not be updated.

Regarding the maintenance to replace the server which handles the updating of character images on The Lodestone and FINAL FANTASY XIV forums, it is taking a much longer time than we anticipated to transfer the data from the old server to the new server, and will therefore be extending the maintenance until Jul. 18, 2018 3:00 a.m. (PDT) / 10:00 (GMT) / 11:00 (BST).

During this time, character face and full-figure images on The Lodestone, and character face images on the FINAL FANTASY XIV forums will not be updated.

We are pleased to announce that the maintenance to replace the server which handles the updating of character images on The Lodestone and FINAL FANTASY XIV forums has concluded on July 18, 2018 2:40 a.m. (PDT) / 9:40 (GMT) / 10:40 (BST).

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this long maintenance has caused.

*Character images may not update immediately. The images will gradually update in order. We ask for your patience during this process.
If your character image is still not updating after waiting for some time, please try logging in to FINAL FANTASY XIV with the affected character and performing an equipment change, which should cause the image to update.

*The migration of character full-body images and default facial portraits has completed. However, images of facial portraits with expressions (for selection when commenting on blogs and such) are still undergoing migration. Please note that facial portraits which have not yet completed migration will show as silhouettes.
Once all remaining facial images have been migrated, a footnote will be edited in to this notice as an update.
