Steps:
1. I was completing a leve, fighting a yarzon monster, and the monster cast Bind on me. I had other status effects active as well, including weakness, protect, invigorate, and bloodbath.
2. When the abilities timer reached 00:00, they did not wear off, but they stayed active and flashing. The timer remained at 00:00 for about an hour. Additionally, HP or MP would not restore, and TP would not lower.
3. I attempted to "return" to homepoint, but that did not reset my status. I remained bound and unable to move. The leve timer ended and the leve was "failed", but the status still did not reset.
4. I called a GM. The GM attempted to relocate my character, and it did not erese the effects. He then killed and raised my character. The status abilities wore off, so I was able to move around, but my HP/MP/TP still remained unchanged. I reused abilities, and they got stuck at 00:00 again just as before.
5. I had to shutdown and restart the game to fix the problem.
(on the side I also thought I'd mention again the well known problem of the ability timers frequently being off, which only reseting the game fixes)
