Stuck in Ultimacy. Unable to Log back in

Hi,

I've got a character in Primal Data Center, on Server Malboro named Suika Ibuki. A team and I were attempting to enter Ultimacy and they were able to. However, I disconnected (Error message 90002) in the middle of the loading screen. I attempted to log back in several times and have been getting the same error message. I tried another character on Malboro and a different World and have had no problems logging in. It's been approximately an hour or so and I am unsure what to do. Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Platform: PC
- Internet Connection: Wireless
- Restarting the Router, Restarting the PC. Flushing the DNS.

This sounds like your character is stuck in an instance. This will usually resolve itself and your character will log itself out. If you are still having trouble logging into that character, please provide everything you have tried so far to resolve the issue.
