Crystal Memories

In a previous thread involving the previous collaboration events, I mentioned a certain special item known as "Crystal Memory". This was based on an old thread I saw time ago. I'll explain my idea of this:

Crystal Memories would be special items based on the Trust system from Final Fantasy XI. For those who doesn't know (correct me if I'm wrong, since I haven't played XI), the Trust system let players summon "copies" of certain NPC characters to travel with them and help in battle like party members.

I like how this system sounds, so these Crystal Memories would be something similar. After obtaining and using a Crystal Memory (let's say from Papalymo for example), we unlock him to select him in our party as member. Since he is a BLM, he would play as one. Each of this warriors would have a fixed job, and they cannot be glamourized.

However, I don't think this is completely necessary in XIV for now, since we already have the Chocobo companion (and if they include a new 2nd companion, I hope it's a Moogle), and the majority of FATEs can be done alone (with the exception of some boss FATEs...).

So, this item would have another function: to let them join in our party for Squadron instanced duties, like "special members" besides the regular ones. At least, that's the use I thought. Maybe we could also set one Crystal Memory so it joins us on instanced duties from MSQ.

In the previous example I said Papalymo, who would work as BLM. But we could get Crystal Memories from other NPCs as well. To give them more difference from the regular Squadron members, Crystal Memories would play as jobs, not classes.

And, as I said in the mentioned collaboration thread, we could get Crystal Memories even from otherworldly warriors:
