Wind-up Zhloe Emote Interactions

Steps:
1. Summon the Wind-up Zhloe minion.
2. Interact with Wind-up Zhloe using the /handover and /poke emotes.
3. Observe the lack of response from Wind-up Zhloe.

Additional information:
The below video demonstrates Wind-up Zhloe interacting with the /handover and /poke emotes at 1 minute and 18 seconds into the video. The video was published on May 28th, 2018. I have also had personal experience with Wind-up Zhloe interacting with the /handover emote an estimated two weeks ago. Currently, I have not had success with getting Wind-up Zhloe to interact with these emotes. I have asked others to try as well, but Wind-up Zhloe remained unresponsive. (Note that the "joy" emote that she does can occur randomly, but poking won't cause her to use that emote in direct response.)

Don't you need the Mammeteer title to get wind-up/obedient minions to respond to emotes?
