Text wrap around problem

I am experiencing a problem where the chat log wrap around is not working properly. Lines of communication are getting clipped off before the wrap around feature takes effect. I can expand the chat box and and things fit for a couple of lines before the clipping starts. All adjusting the chat box in or out does is temporaarily fix the problem. This problem is really bad with the text size set to large. This problem is forcing me to give up Mining as I cannot see the distance information using Lay of the Land

Yea this isn't a local problem, I get this too, but only when trying to increase the font size does it happen to me. Shame, as I'd like to use the larger font so I can play at a distance from my big TV, instead I'm still tethered to the PC.

Ya, something happened as I've noticed this too. Something new that they introduced has been causing this problem with the chat log as it used to work fine before. I think it was after 1.20.

Not exactly sure what you mean by that. I am using only that which is provided by the game.

My bf had this problem too. I think he reset his UI, kept it on medium font and reloaded the game. So far no issues as long as he doesn't change the font size. He went ahead and changed some of the UI around again just didn't bother with the font size. We are fairly certain that resetting the UI isn't required, but as long as you change the font back to medium and restart the game, hopefully it'll be fine. Hope this is at least a temporary fix. :)

2.Expand chat log box to accomadate text
3.Text begins to spread beyond box limits again
4.Return box to previous size
5. Rinse and Repeat many times
6.tried to reset UI. Did not help
7.Tried different text sizes <Small, Medium>. A little better but problem persists.
