Accessiblity mode to ps4

I'm very hard of hearing borderline deaf and play on ps4 and I've seen how accessibility mode for hearing works and I know color blind mode also just was just introduced. But why are these on pc only. If they are on console I haven't seen them. I would honestly like both of those on the ps4 idk why they aren't except maybe a coding issue. I'm sure I'm not the only one who could be of use these 2 things. Some may even need it more than me. But I'm trying to throw it out there.
