Purchasing FFXIV: Collector's Edition with Crysta

The option should be removed or fixed. I sent my girlfriend money via PayPal to purchase Crysta, which would be used to purchase the Collector's Edition, being as PayPal wasn't an option to use during checkout, I know Crysta can be bought with PayPal (PayPal is my main banking system online). After you have bought the required amount of Crysta to purchase the Collector's Edition, it will say your purchase is invalid and to "Buy from the Square Enix store." So now she is stuck with 6000 Crysta because the checkout option says you can use Crysta...
