Or, just do HW.....
I could understand someone early in ARR wanting to get to Stormblood, but if you already have ARR done and you're in HW..... HW isn't that long of a storyline to be honest. It's shorter than ARR's, easily.
HW story is really good and you'll be sorely missing out if you skipped it. That is unless it's your alt that is
