Ifrit Weapons question

I have a question for the dev team! atm only classes can equip Ifrit weapons..will we be able to use them on our Jobs?

We will be able to equip them on our jobs.
I know I read it somewhere.

Pretty sure any pre-existing gear will be equippable on the respective jobs.

ifrit bow cant transform into a harp though.

I don't think we are actually getting job weapons yet. If that's the case BRD needs to use the regular bow and some people have speculated without the harp BRD would pull out the horn that was in the AF concept art when performing songs.

Just wanted to let you guys know that you'll still be able to equip Disciple of War and Magic weapons and gear when you become a certain job.

For example, if you are a Paladin, you will still be able to equip Disciple of War gear that a Gladiator can wear and wield Ifrit's Blade. The fact that you're on a job does not change the fact that you're still a Disciple of War.

I want to know if there will be gear other than AF that's exclusive/favors jobs and not classes.

woot =D thx for the dev response! I'm glad we get to use same weap/armor.

i wonder if they will ever do primal armour.like trade primal weapons in exchange for some armour.

anythoughts?
