Regarding Feast Season 7 Rewards (Wolf Collars)

So I logged back into the game today after being made to take a break during April-June (Surgery preventing my logging in). I learned today that my wolf collar reward from last season are now gone forever because between the launch of 4.3 on the 22nd of May, and the launch of Season 8 of Feast on the 29th of May is the period that was permitted to claim your ranking reward.

Contact with support suggest that they are unable to help because the new season has started. Now following how the process worked the previous season where you had between 4.2 (30th of January) and 4.25 (13th of March) to claim your reward, 42 days is far more reasonable a time frame to collect your reward that the 7 days offered in this season.

I'd like to propose a review of the reward process as such a short turnaround to collect your reward will just infuriate players as it has done me.

I personally feel like they should be mailed to you, like ranking rewards are.

Maybe try to contact an ingame GM, support outside of the game cant handle these issues I think.

And, they send each top100 reward out manually. If you would add, all diamond/platinum/gold/silver/bronze players.... You would have a few 1000s players I guess who all need a personal mail...
They need to change their system I guess that it either works automatically or that it tracks past seasons like a history ingame too.

Just let people pick up rewards at the same guy in Gridania. That system's already checking to see if you have the thing, so why go through a temporary, time-limited NPC (the Feast quartermaster)? Seems like a waste of resources.

Seems if you're not around for the first week of a patch, you're boned from here on out. Just make sure to never take a vacation, be busy or sick if you decide to play PVP I guess.

Wow. That sucks. You'd think you could do the "one time account item restore" thing that they let you do. Even housing gets advanced notice before it's gone. Sorry OP :(
